We see franchising as an owner-operated business structure and believe that success in these structures is built by passionate, hard-working people, operating on the front line each day. If, however, you have an investment partner who is prepared to share financial risk without operating in the business, this can be discussed on an individual basis.
Depending on your work history and experience; training will take 4-6 weeks to complete and consist of everything from how to cut tomatoes to extensive shift management training. This will take place in our Auckland restaurants.
